J. Austin is a buzzing, new Houston artist whose street record entitled "illin" (spelled lower case on purpose) has now begun to take off outside of Texas to Los Angeles & Atlanta. His past three (3) projects have reached 39 various blogs & over 293,000 ears thus far. J. Austin's buzz made significant headway after he scored big with his performance while out in Los Angeles for Super Bowl Weekend. He had no idea that coincidentally a few label reps, journalists & larger named artists were in the building. The sound, wittiness & refreshing lyrical content of J. Austin is now becoming more prevalent. Not just among the underground circuit, but now within the circle of people whose opinions are taken with credibility.
