Sim Shalom, taken from the ancient prayer, means "establish peace." This album is a prayer for peace which is not necessarily the absence of trouble, but true wholeness in the midst of the troubles we all face. Each song in some way encourages us to seek peace for ourselves and for our world.

Steve McConnell has been a worship leader and songwriter in the Messianic Jewish community for over a decade. His other albums include We Delight, and HaMoedim -- The Appointed Times, and Yeshua.
