Riverbird's debut EP is a taste of what's yet to come, showcasing each member's songwriting skills. The EP was recorded in Hackney Wick, London, with sound engineer and producer Nick Hunt, from Rubycue (www.rubycue.com).

Riverbird is a musical project by singer-songwriter Fernanda Balata, multi-instrumentalist Luis Cano Arias and guitarist Michael Rodwell. The band was born out of an experimental gig on 21st July 2010 in the basement of East London’s El Paso. Their songs are as eclectic as their taste in music, travelling through jazz, blues, country, rock and pop. They love performing to their growing audience, but are also interested in writing songs for other artists.
