The Battle of Abydonia (Original, Orchestral, Irish and Tech Mixes) Hadrianicus' Battle Of Abydonia was featured on the very first Elysium release, under its orchestral version; a majestuous piece, seemingly coming right our of Great Britain's old battles with a lead melody sounding very closely to the sound of a British bagpipe, and with some distant reverbed drums likely to give you chills. The Original Mix features very driving and powerful beats, and a combination of beautifully intertwined elements to take you along the story that is the track; the Irish Mix sees the reappearance of the Orchestral Mix's bagpipe-like lead, but this time with a fast beat and very powerful set of bassline, pads and effects accompanying the piece to make it an exalting banger. And to complete the EP in beauty, the Tech Mix will make use of the darkest elements of the other versions, add to the pot new ones, and develop all that under the new form of a dark, banging track, prone to make the listeners lose their mind on the dancefloors of a tech or hard trance party.
