Alyson and Andrea (Aly'An) are life-long friends from the small town of Burgin, KY who have been singing together for over 12 years. They grew up competing against each other in local talent contests, then decided to join forces and begin performing across the jamboree circuit throughout Kentucky. They later formed their own band, and for the past 5 years have been traveling across the United States, performing at festivals, music venues and private events. During this period, they have also spent time songwriting in Nashville with numerous writers, including Lynn Hutton, who is the Producer of their most recent release, Where I Call Home. This project features 5 original songs, all highlighting Aly'An's crisp, sister-like harmonies, giving the girls a unique sound. The EP features songs about life and love, from the nostalgic "Summer High" to the raw and honest "L.O.V.E. Letters". The upbeat groove of "Just Another Girl" and rock-edge of "Painkiller" add dynamic to the record, and the bonus acoustic track of "Where I Call Home" gives a vivid snapshot into the girls' upbringing and hometown in Kentucky.
