Sam started playing music in bands from an early age. At 14 he was playing the local pub circuit and youth events in an original grunge outfit. During this period, he played shows alongside Jebediah, The Amity Affliction, Parkway Drive, The Getaway Plan and John Butler.

Eight years later in 2012, Sam opened The Rec Room, a recording studio in Townsville, North Queensland. Sam spends his days working full-time with music, producing local and national artists, chipping away at his own material and working as a live sound tech.

September 2014 saw the release of Sam's debut EP, 'Year of the Horse' which received considerable support by Triple J.

1st of May 2015 releases his next track, Make It So.
