简介
This album starts out with a "drinking" song, which is common with country music of the 60's and 70's. The style changes to a cowboy song called "Wildhorse Canyon" with special effects of a rain storm. "A Little Corner in Heaven" is a song about abused children that are now in heaven. "Brownsville...." is a bluegrass song. "Roll With The Punches" reminds me of the style of George Strait and others. "Heaven Bound" is my hillbilly-style song that resembles the music of "Oh, Brother Where Art Thou" with George Clooney. "Kaweah" is a Native American song with "Pioneers" and "Indians" taking turns singing the lines. "Chasing The Wind" is a slow country song about "moving on" with your life while keeping your past loves as wonderful memories only. "Buford Mountain" is a fast, funny, song. I wrote it after hearing the song, "Wolverton Mountain", which was a big hit in the 60's. "One More Dance" is the first country song I ever wrote. It's about wanting to reconcile with a past lover and have another chance (dance) to be lovers again. The last song, "California Country Folk" is fast and it's about country folks who move to California but still have that "country" in them. I hope you enjoy this album.
