Elliott felt honored when Randy Hall offered to collaborate on an album. Randy Hall achieved early acclaim when barely out of Berklee College of Music, Miles Davis selected him to co-arrange the gold album, The Man With The Horn, leading him to later opportunities in the Pop and R&B genres. One of Randy’s own discoveries is the exceptional voice of Elliott Small who also has talent for science. Elliott is a Harvard College graduate in biochemical sciences and owner of the electric vehicle technology company, potentialdifference.com, which built one of the nation’s most advanced all electric demo cars and has funding to develop patented rapid battery charging technology. The sales of these songs will enhance those efforts. The Our World track is about the environment and also has a video at potentialdifference.com. Randy produced, wrote the music, played piano and guitar, & wrote tracks 3 and 4 lyrics. Cheryl Davis wrote tracks 1, 2, 5 lyrics. These are the first 5 tracks of a longer future album. Dr. Elliott C. Small, Sr., was Miles' father's friend and classmate at Northwestern Dental School but started his family decades later. Both Dr. Davis and Miles passed without meeting Elliott. The Our World video was played by Harvard for Al Gore before his May 30, 2009 speech. On October 17, 2009 Elliott sang with Archie Shepp at the Theatre de Chelles in France. While in Washington, DC, Elliott was selected for the WPFW Radio Spring Showcase Concert Series, June 15, 2007.
