Based out of Columbus, Ohio, Spencer Saylor is a 22 year old singer/songwriter and hip-hop artist. Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Saylor moved to Columbus to study music business at Capital University. It was here that Saylor met Chris Jamison (NBC "The Voice" Season 7 Finalist) and created SaylorJamison, an acoustic-pop duo. Together, the two quickly caught the ears of many of the Midwest's best engineers, agents and musicians. After joining pop star Aaron Carter on his comeback tour in 2013, the two continued to open shows of some of the nation's biggest acts: John Mayer, Phillip Phillips, Jon McLaughlin, Aaron Carter, Ryan Cabrera, Jason Castro, Max Schneider, Tony Lucca, Neulore, Ewert and the Two Dragons, and many more. However, in 2014, the two split when Jamison decided to pursue the singing competition, "The Voice", eventually signing with Republic Records. Now, Saylor continues a solo career-- songwriting for artists, and performing his original hip-hop and pop songs. During this time, Saylor has joined shows of Mike Stud, Huey Mack, Asher Roth, Yonas, Clinton Sparks and Stalley. In January 2016, Spotify began featuring "24-7", a single of Saylor's, collaborating with Chris Jamison. Saylor can also be found featured on MTV, Pandora, CMT, and many other channels of music distribution.
