Area 44 is a New York City duo combining the talents of the sultry, sexy vocalist and lyricist Jamie Weisberg and composer/guitarist Humberto Reboredo. They met 3 years ago when cosmic luck arranged for Humberto to accompany Jamie for a showcase of her original material. Eventually the duo began writing songs together, and the distinctive sound of Area 44 was born. Fragment is their first release of all original material.

Area 44 performs at venues around New York City, including Kenny's Castaways, CBGB Gallery, C-Note, ICU, Sugar, and Low. The duo will continue to perform around NYC in support of their new album.
