Josh Cavazos is a classically trained pianist with an ear for pop and the personality for jazz. Invitation to Fly is his third original CD project that he wrote and arranged. Completed when he was only 19 years old, Invitation is a collection of pop rock melodic piano melodies backed up by friends playing the drums, bass, and guitars. Drawing from melodic piano artists before him such as David Lanz and George Winston, Cavazos brings modern day influences of artists such as U2, Ben Folds, and Dave Matthews to the genre of instrumental piano music making this CD 65 minutes of sure entertainment from beginning to end.
