Broken Silence means a change in the way music is viewed and heard. Coupling nontraditional and unorthodox styles while maintaining the basic fundamentals of hiphop, Broken Silence has been a staple in the Salt Lake City music scene for over 7 years and with the momentum of recently being signed to Arterial Records, a newly released EP, and nearing completion of their second full-length album "Strength In Numbers", the sky is the limit for these 3 MC's.

Summed up as the epitome of non conventional, high quality hiphop, B.S. has shared the stage with such acts as Del, Swollen Members, Ugly Duckling, Sweatshop Union, Saigon, The Beatnuts, The Alkaholiks, Hieroglyphics, Bukue One, Anis Mojgami, Little Brother, Pep Love, Jedi Mind Tricks, Zion I, 7L and Esoteric, Outerspace, Louis Logic, Lyrics Born, Dizzee Raskal and many more well known artists. Its no wonder their album "HEAT" turned so many heads in 04'. Nation-wide support, interviews, radio appearances, music video's, and freshly acquired record deal make them an up and coming force.
