A Bit about Mark... Singing and songwriting since the age of nine, Canadian Mark Mallett has always had a passion for music. In December of 1999, the former award-winning television journalist released his debut album “Deliver Me From Me” which went on to receive numerous nominations. His sophomore album, “Love Holds On”, won 3 national awards in 2002, and in 2004 Mark released his most widely acclaimed album to date, a contemporary Rosary CD “Through Her Eyes, A Journey to Jesus” which has been called “Rosary history in the making” by Catholic author Carmen Marcoux. After spending time in front of the Blessed Sacrament the night Pope John Paul II died this last spring, Mark was inspired with “Song for Karol”, a beautiful tribute to the Pope’s life and legacy. Most recently, Mark’s long-awaited Praise and Worship album “Let the Lord Know” was released during his Summer 2005 Cross-Continental US tour. Mark tours extensively throughout North America and abroad singing and speaking in churches, schools, conferences and retreats. He and his wife Lea have eight children together and make their home in Western Canada.
