Trobar is a progressive folk metal band created in 2009 in Quebec. The formation takes inspirations from Quebec folklore, celtic melodies and various cultures around the world. Lyrics are sometimes about tales and legends created by themselves and are in French. They combine festivities with melancholy to create a unique ambiance. This album was recorded in Montreal at Silver Wings Studios.
