Earnest consists of Sara Lyon, Robert Green, Randy Staley and Tom Cottone. Earnest began in 1999 as a vague idea about writing simple honest songs. Two years later the first album "Longing" is finally completed. The result: a beautiful collection of songs that tug the heartstrings with stories full of hope, yearning and at times a little sadness all supported by lush arrangements and Sara's ethereal soprano.
