Sculptures are from Brighton, England who deliver tight and energetic post alternative rock songs intertwining Tom Waits-esque lyrical themes and deep, sledgehammer riffs akin to Biffy Clyro. Developing through an intense, fiery relationship between guitarist Ryan Balch and singer/bassist Joe Cherry, Sculptures are an excruciatingly exciting live prospect, having recently played with many of the new leaders of the alternative rock scene such as Dinosaur Pile Up, The Xcerts, Japanese Voyeurs, The Computers among many others. Chosen as Yamaha's Unsigned Band Of The Month of September last year, and having been described as 'their enthusiasm is contagious, a gem waiting to be discovered' by XYZ Magazine, Sculptures are about to be unleashed on the scene with their riff heavy, harmony rich collection of songs.
