简介
His&Hers are Frankee & Joanne. An eclectic duo from Amsterdam. "We want to be an example for others and share our message that it's okay to be different and that no one should be ashamed for who they are or who they want to love." It’s the time to break stereotypes and give the youth two new role models. His&Hers are not like any other music act that’s around at the moment. They both have a very clear picture of what they want and what their 'brand' is going to be. The sound of His&Hers is a lush fusion of Pop / Urban / Indie and other musical influences from the late 80's and early 90's. Joanne is an experienced dancer and choreographer with a lot of stage experience. She has performed with superstars such as Diana Ross & Lionel Richie. Joanne's vibe is very edgy and urban. A good addition to the poppy and commercial vibe Frankee entails. Frankee has written and recorded with the likes of Eva Simons, GoMute and other talented Dutch producers. Together they are His&Hers. A well rounded duo with personality for days. They don't hold back, sing about subjects everybody can relate to and want to make their imprint in the music business. "In a Second", the first single, asks the question 'what would you say if the love of your life asks you to give it another try.' The indie-pop track performed well on the Dutch iTunes charts where they charted at number 56 without any help from a label or manager. Their second single "Boom Hey!" is their ode to the music they grew up with in the 90's. On the track the duo sings playfully about a relationship that's addicting but not good for you. The third single "Broken Tears" came out in March 2016. The pop-urban track was the third song that made it's way into the iTunes charts. They quickly followed up with slow jam "Dirty Dreamer". All songs charted on the Dutch iTunes charts. "Art Of Letting Go" is their latest single. It's an uptempo pop track with reggae influences that will make you want to stomp your feet and bop along. Their EP will follow later this year. “We are just getting started so you better jump on the His&Hers train, because we’re not slowing down.”
