Phoenix based singer songwriter Eric Ramsey displays a spectrum of acoustic techniques ranging from delicate finger picking to raucous bluesy slide. Eric writes from experience about the human condition, and his original material is literate, at times sensitive, often humorous, always thought provoking. He has been a featured artist for the prestigious Songwriters' Showcase produced for PBS distribution by Tempe Center for the Arts. Eric is a favorite on the folk festival circuit, where he has been a finalist in the Tucson Folk Festival Songwriting Contest. He was also the winner of the 2015 Phoenix Blues Society Showdown and performed in Memphis, Tennessee at the 2016 International Blues Challenge.
