简介
One Man's Trash You've probably heard Jeff Bell's voice. If you own a television set or a radio you undoubtedly have heard his voice. He's one of those guys...the voice guys from commercials. You've heard him on Ford commercials with Toby Keith and Taylor Hicks. Six Flags and Kennedy Space Center commercials. You've heard him on television commercials with football greats Terry Bradshaw and Adam Vinateri and NASCAR legends Michael and Daryl Waltrip. You may have heard him on radio stations from across the US to Kenya, Australia and The UK. Now hear him sing. One Man's Trash is the brainchild of Jeff Bell. A raucus, good time band with Southern seasoning and a taste of everything from blues to zydeco. OMT is family-friendly with music and stories for all ages. In fact, the live band features Jeff's son Jared Bell unleashing a wicked chicken-pickin'-massacree on lead guitar like you've never seen . The teenage virtuoso is out for blood backed by living blues legend Jimmy Mack on bass who has toured with the likes of Stanley Jordan, Edwin Starr, Sly & the Family Stone and Richie Havens. Dave DaKoon lays down some hot southern-fried beats just as he did in Florida with his hair band Shurlocke opening for acts like Lord Tracy, Warrant, LA Guns and Rhinobucket. Jeff's career in radio began in the early '80's in the Arkansas outback and followed the traditional radio gypsy pattern taking him to Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Illinois and Wisconsin and covering nearly every imaginable musical format. In the 90's Jeff took a side path from his daily radio job to form One Man's Trash. His twisted humor is on display with songs like "I'm A Dog", a story of life from a dog's eye view, and the bizarre "Surf Strangler". His pop sensibilities shine on "She's Mine" and "I'll Walk Alone". And his down-home, front-porchiness comes through on the smokin' hot "Bad Case of the Blues" and bluegrass laced "Your Love Was True". From Blues to Motown to Aerosmith and Jerry Reed the influences that merge to create One Man's Trash are extraordinary. It's like Hee Haw with a bad attitude and the caffeine jitters. What could be more fun! Oh, the band's website, that's what. Dig through the trash at www.onemanstrashband.com
