Patrick Donovan is a multi-instrument musician and composer who has spent the majority of his career teamed up with Stan Whatley (projects such as The OtherHalf, X-it 7, and The All Weather Band). With "The Noise Upstairs" Donovan offers up his first completely solo effort. All compositions were written and performed in their entirety by Donovan. The record has already received great recognition and extended airplay in the Southeast U.S.
