Crystal Glass 1976-1983 - Received her start by attending the Ebony showcase Theatre owned by the late actor Nick Stuart. It was there where her talents of singing, dancing, writing and directing was developed to a professional level. Simultaneously Crystal was a part of a popular R & B group called "Legacy" who later release a single with Crystal as one of the lead vocals "The Groove is Here" 1983-1996 - Crystal went solo and began working with several independent artists with vocals and technique. In addition she also rendered background vocals and studio work for several artist and radio stations doing jingles. Her work was exposed on KJLH and a music video called "Rappin Granny". Later, Crystal landed and opportunity to be the Co-Executive producer and host of a cable TV program called "Raw Talent Showcase" for kids, teenagers and adults showcasing their talent. She had the opportunity to interview and/or has performed on her show many artists such as: * Howard Hewitt * Melba Moore * Immature (IMX) * Tyrese * Ja'son * 3rd Storee and more 1997- Present - Crystal is an Inspirational Soul singing Artist and also the Co-Executive Producer and host of the "Gospel Talent Unlimited Showcase" cable TV show airing across Los Angeles and other areas. This show is one the hottest Gospel Showcases airing today. Crystal is also an "IMG" (Image of God) background vocalist to the renowned gospel artist "Calvin B. Rhone" who is also her pastor/teacher and producer of her newly released C/D "Keepin it Real". In 2002 she had the opportunity to tour with him out of the country to Japan, Osaka, Tokyo, Fukui and Fukuoka performing at the Blue Note Club and one of the largest auditoriums "Harmony Hall". After which, the following year the principal of Soulbird Music School in Japan requested Crystal to come back to Japan as an instructor and teach Gospel music to the Japanese student in their three schools in Osaka, Tokyo and Fukuoka. There were so impressed with her talent and teaching skills that the sponsored company hired her collaborated company with her husband "CrystalGlassHouse Productions" to send other instructors to teach in Japan. To date Crystal has sent her second instructor out to teach in Japan and he is doing well. Presently from May, 2004 to August, 2004 Crystal was in Japan for the second time teaching the Japanese students and then returned on December 15, 2004 to do a 10 day tour in the cities of Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Oita. This will mark the beginning of independent artist to perform in the future in Japan. Crystal continues to write, produce, direct and bless audiences with her smooth easy listening vocals and is now working on her next C/D project.
