ACE-1 was born and raised in Harlem,NY to Annette(deceased)and Kareem Marshall. Growing up in the 80's he was exposed to the streets alot because his father hustled to surport the family. It was around 1986 when he took to liking to the art of rhyming. In 1994 his mother's job relocated to Charlotte,NC, promising a better life for her son's. She was

diagnosed with cancer and past away in 1998, his father was incarcerated doing their relocation.It was in Charlotte ace started taking hip hop seriously. Teaming up with those he had met to form a group called the verbel technicians his love of the game grew but the group didn't last long. He then met back up with and old friend he met in high school named I-red who moved to charlotte from Newark,NJ with his mother and brother also, he let ace exspand and explore his hip-hop skillz with the hotness of his beats and his click THE PRIDE.ACE is that young cat that will have yor head turning every time you hear his name.his style is fresh and innovating and his skills are like no other.He is that up coming artist that really has what it takes to move the crowd.
