Dreas returns to Red Force with another peak-time production with his good friend Jared Knapp. "Mixed Emotions" is a powerful, uplifting trancer with solid hooks and a gorgeous theme. The package comes complete with a progressive remix from Alex Robert and a banging 'Tech Blaster' remix from Dreas himself. The original follows the traditional Dreas formula. Gorgeous synths, plucks and lush pads create a fitting atmosphere for "Mixed Emotions." If you're looking for a driving, uplifting floor-filler with some hard drums and a catchy theme, then look no further. Alex Robert turns in a progressive offering that compliments the original rather nicely. Smooth, housey drums are encompassed with layers of mesmerizing synths, creating a well-balanced house-trance fusion. Dreas finishes off "Mixed Emotions" by taking the release down a darker, harder route with his Tech Blaster remix. While keeping some elements from the original, Dreas cranks ups the energy with harder synths and a prominent, blistering bassline; more suited for those peaktime moments yet it still retains a good amount of emotion.
