This is the 3rd album of the Yokohama two-piece band "Sa-Yuu" by Miho Kuwabara (Vo.Gt.) and Hiroki Hanaike (Vo.Ba.Dr.). The album was released in 2019 as a CD and at bandcamp, but t he two members released it for subscription distribution with all new recordings, mixes, and arrangements. In addition to the album title track, the album includes "Rule Cha nge", which was evaluated by Ryuichi Sakamoto on "Radio Saka moto". Also included is a version of "Rule Change feat. Yo Irie" with the participation of singer-songwriter Yo Irie.
