Featuring eight originals and two cover tunes arranged for guitar, five horns and rhythm section. Kienle’s writing and playing could be heard with other bands before, such as Kwyjibo, BeebleBrox and 3rd Man. On "Peter's Money" the premise is: less doodling, more structure and variety - and some skeptical lyrics on top. Styles range from the fusionesque disco on "Mars People", middle eastern style "The Tonic" to the semi-authentic Brazilian "Choro El Ninja". Of the three vocal tunes two, "Call The Police" and "Practically Brainwashed" feature a skeptical UFO/conspiracy theme and the third, "Me And Mr. Potatohead" is the lament of a dad who has to pick up Mr. Potatohead's body parts every evening after the kids are in bed (sorry, no love songs .) Hoagy Carmichael's tune "The Nearness of you" receives a fusion treatment, complete with King Crimson-like bridge, played on Chapman Stick. Roger Waters' "Money", as made famous by Pink Floyd on "Dark Side of the Moon," gets a funky treatment featuring a raw but heartfelt guitar solo by Sandy Williams.
