How do you reinvent the wheel? You don't. You a find a new way to use it. That's how I feel about the cyber world we created for Cybergeddon. From concept to delivery, everyone who worked on this project followed Anthony Zuicker's innovative approach, finding new ways to express the visual and musical aspects we usually associate with tech-related stories. Freddy Shenfield exemplifies this process through his dynamic score. It's digital and crisp, with the hooks of a great pop song, while remaining grounded within the narrative arc of the series. Freddy's rhythms and beats not only give Cybergeddon a driving force, they also illustrate the complexity of each of the characters. Like many other great soundtracks, this score stands as a great piece of music on its own merit. And yet I can't imagine the Cybergeddon series without it. This is my second time working with Freddy, and for the second time I'm blown away by his creativity and his desire to push the envelope. He and his team not only raised the bar for the rest of us, they inspired us while doing it.
