For our 49th offering we welcome Boh Oh Boy, Hobin Rude and Liam Garcia who take on remixing duties for Cavemen's 'Tied' EP. Hailing from Germany and France, Boy Oh Boy's mix of dance floor friendly tech and underground house music has earned them spots at supporting Djuma Soundsystem (NO), Uone (AU) and releases on Get Physical Music and Poesie Music. They offer their take on the title track of the EP, 'Tied'. A brooding bassline that drives the remix, along with upbeat drum work and synth leads, giving it a dark and melodic feel. The remix is filled with chopped samples and detuned automations that provide impact throughout. Next up we have Hobin Rude, the Serbian progressive house DJ / Music Producer based in Belgrade. He has released on labels such as Balkan Connection, One of A Kind and Soundteller to name a few. His 'Tsjalina' remix is uplifting and playful with a hypnotic groove that is made for the dancefloor. The lush arps and pads in the break makes it a perfect track for anytime of the day. Ending off the EP is Liam Garcia with his Voodoo Remix of 'Witch Doctor'. Liam Garcia currently resides and grew up in Scotland, where he acquired his love for house music through long nights spent at the infamous Arches in Glasgow and underground haven, Snafu, in his hometown of Aberdeen. Liam Garcia gives the track a club orientated feel with a dark driving bass line. The ambient dub-like synths and effects will take you on a 4 am journey into the abyss.
