Ray Burns was born, raised and presently lives in Washington state. He has often been inspired by his life experiences. He is a strong supporter of drug abuse prevention. Ray has seen first hand the damage drugs and alcohol can do and celebrates sobriety everyday. This CD contains some songs with the mention of drugs and or alcohol, yet is not intended to condone the use of them. They are mentioned only to depict the authors past personal struggle with addiction.

Ray also is a strong supporter of finding a cure for Alzheimers Disease. For the past three years, he has performed on different occaisions to help raise money for the Washington State Alzheimers Association.
