This live recording of the 1998 Echoes of the Trail Cowboy Poetry Gathering featuring 14 artists has just been made available to a wider audience. Classic and original cowboy poetry and music are performed by nationally known poets including Harold Carpenter, Gail Burton, Buzz Benson, Jack DeWerff, and nine others. This compilation features the only recording currently available of the song Echoes of the Trail performed by the composer, as well as other hard-to-find works.
