Blame Me is an 8 song EP recorded in Germany, California, Texas, and Tennessee featuring musicians from all over the world and writing/recording collaboration with the country rock band, The Hardcore Troubadours, from Berlin, Germany. The recording is mostly acoustic country with rock and blues influences and is Wil Van Winkle's first CD without any rock/alt rock tunes.

Because of advice from a former manager, the disc was originally released under the artist name W. B Daniels because of fear of Wil Van Winkle's rock roots clouding the ability for a country release being taken seriously. Despite the advice from the manager, the disc released under the name of an unknown artist did not fare well. Now with new management, Wil Van Winkle is re-releasing the CD and beginning promotional efforts while completing his next rock disc.
