简介
MNP's Dolby Anol have found time in their busy schedule of listening and discovering some of dance music's diamonds in the rough to bestow to us 2 tracks of 320k compressed euphoria in the form of "Hell Yeah" and "Kneed Your Love". A double A side akin to their now predictably unpredictable genre hopping, Hell Yeah is a miss mash of micro-cuts and macro beats. Text to speech women of varying origin express their need to be touched, loved and called up while Dolby set their desires to music, swelling into one of the lushest chord progressions outside EDM. On the flip side "Kneed Your Love" finds Dolby at their sample cutting best, taking some classic disco and mangling it within an inch of its life to create a jumpy, eager and sickeningly optimistic track that will have you think, just for a minute, that maybe you traveled back to a time when Modjo and Groovejet where top of the charts. Two tracks of differing genre but matching each other in blind naive optimism, Dolby are delivering you one big joyus slap in the face, turn the other cheek.
