The "Right Ascension" EP is Echosonica's first incursion into Electro Rock and Dream Pop. These catchy tracks are all inspired by the ethereal, the powerful, the spacey and the dreamy. The album opens with the compelling 6/4 rhythm of "Soaring Paths of Flight", which sets the mood for the album's scenery. A total change of pace awaits the listener as the emotional main theme from "The Great Red Spot (Storms in Jupiter)" rises into a dramatic tempest on the gas giant. The other tracks will also entice the ear, such as the uplifting "The Speed of Light", the carefree "A Thousand Rising Suns", and the ethereal "Chikara".
