L.I.P.S.13 is a concept by two producers named Filip Wojtas & Hannes Lootens.

They both have a great passion for the deephouse/club/house-scene and found out it worked pretty well with four eyes in the studio.

After several months of working together and trying to find their own sound, L.I.P.S.13 was born.
