Straight out of White Plains, New York comes the hip hop duo of Li Mouse and Cno Evil. A decade strong but still at young ages, The Rodentz have taken a hobby called ‘hip hop’ and realized they can utilize it to spread their messages, feelings, emotions, anger and love on everything from a simple day’s fun to a night out in town filled with disaster. Forming back when they were ‘riding yellow school buses’ in Middle School, The Rodentz came together for a cause. It wasn’t until High School, when a ‘songwriter showcase’ had to be represented by “Hip Hop”. Cno Evil had already wet his beak into the hip hop scenario, but it wasn’t until he lured on a kid by the name of Mouse to form a unstoppable team. Eyes witnessed, ears listened and people clapped as the evolution of The Rodentz unfolded, from rapping over acoustic guitars, to downloadable beats, to making the transition into their own production, The Rodentz had finally took front stage.

With their first full album, “Order Rodentia” released in 2005, The Rodentz earned worldwide opportunity, with distribution by renowned hip hip website Chambermusik. Li Mouse represented with his lyrics like it was his living, announcing “he doesn’t throw darts no more, he throws daggers”, while Cno Evil held down the production tip 100% while still at the same time destroying his creations of ‘beats’ with a lyrical vengeance as he would “taste victory, but never swallow defeat”.
