Since he was a teengager he has led a variety of choirs ranging from children to adults. He has also worked with several recording artists including The Anointed Vessels. It features the Inspirational Choir and Male Chorus from the First Baptist Church of Creve Coeur (F.B.C.C.C.) located in St. Louis, Missouri. Joy To World is the highlight of this CD and is an instant holiday favorite. This is not the traditional song by the same name. It is an original composition by Demetrius performed with the Inspirational Choir. It is quite evident that the Male Chorus, Demetrius, Virgil and Victor Jordan put their hearts and souls into the tasteful rendition of Silent Night.
