Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, Liselle pursued her love of music through piano, guitar and percussion. She spent a few years touring around South Africa with her friends and the band "Rain", which also made the Top 10 of the National Modern Rock charts in 1996. In 1997 she moved to the UK and gained experience across the broad spectrum of the music industry including stints as an A&R manager, Booking agent, Tour manager and Personal Assistant to a prominent Pop singer. In that time, she took a break from performing and immersed herself in the workings of the music industry. Then it was time to record "Waiting". With the help of Marc James, Liselle recorded 5 of her songs and made them available to the world. The present release of "Waiting" includes 2 bonus tracks not on the original CD release. The tracks "Blue Sky" and "Dry Ground" were picked up by ONeil International and were used on a number of their webisodes. "Blue Sky" was also used on various other surf related TV shows. After 12 years of living in London, Liselle decided to check out California, USA and is presently based in Santa Barbara, California.
