He has toured extensively across Europe and as far afield as Istanbul with his own group as well as with other jazz groups such as Scapetrace and SMQ. Mark's interest in world music has led him to collaborate with non-western musicians such as Lebanese singer Samia Afra, Turkish musician Gökhan Özyavuz, Zambian singer KT Lumpa and others. As well as jazz, his composing extends into classical forms, his pieces being performed by top classical musicians in NY, London and elsewhere.
