Out of print at the moment, the music can be purchased through ITunes. "To Another Shore" is a lush recording of Latin, jazz and original songs. Coral's beautiful rich voice combined with Stephen O'Connors guitar work are a strong combination. The bass work by Kevin Hennessy and Rob Thorsen and the drum work by Duncan Moore add richness to the project. The music was arranged by Stephen O'Connor as well. The CD was "Enhanced" by Morning Session so you can see videos of Coral and Steve performing live by the oceans' shore, read the original lyrics and more. Coral has also recorded a CD in Spanish and Porgutuesse tilted, "Abrinedo Puertas" (opening doors)and it features Coral, Stephen, Mary Szanto from the San Diego Symphony on cello, and winds virtuoso John Reckevics. The second CD, Live at L'Escale is a live jazz recording in Coronado, California, with Coral, Stephen, master Latin drummer Carlos Vasquez and bass player extraordinaire Bill Andrews. Coral is the featured vocalist on Jaime Valle's CD "Third Voyage," winner of the 1998 San Diego Music Awards for Best Latin Jazz Album which includes one of her songs, I Remember Rio and on Peter Sprague's "Pass the Drum." One of Coral's most memorable events was singing at two concerts for civil rights leader Ms. Rosa Parks. Recently she recorded the music for Disney on Ice and was chosen to sing the duet, "Beauty and the Beast" for the 2001 world wide tour. In March 2001 Coral performed a "standing room only" concert at the Centro Cultural de Tijuana with the Orquesta de Baja California, conducted by Milan's Pablo Varela. Coral has recorded on numerous albums and projects including vocals for Mexican superstar Luis Miguel. She has recorded and written many national jingles and has sung for movies, television, numerous albums and for the 1996 Summer Olympics. Some of the other acclaimed musicians she has performed with include Bill Cunliffe, Jaime Valle, Kei Akagi, Mike Wofford, Holly Hofmann, Bob Magnusson, Joe Diorio, Mike Garson, Kevyn Lettau, Barnaby Finch, and Peter Sprague. Coral is also a voice-over artist and has narrated several children's books and has done many other narrations for films including the Omnimax film "Ocean Oasis" a film about Baja California, a production of the Museum of Natural History in San Diego. Not only is Coral MacFarland Thuet a talented singer, she is also a gifted actor who has performed major roles at the Old Globe Theater, San Diego Repertory Theater, and Centro Cultural Tijuana
