All but one written in the past year by Freddie and his wife Trish.

The exception “Down Without a Fight” also written by Freddie, originally appeared on the now unavailable album “Long Distance Runner” 1985.

The album was recorded in Sydney, Australia where Freddie and Trish now live. To coincide with the release, Freddie will tour Ireland during April and May 2014
