Originally from Minot, North Dakota, Ton EZ has taken his small town dreams and is manifesting them into reality. While most of his peers were following the trends of the current generation, EZ found inspiration in the golden era of hip hop, including artists such as Nas, Lord Infamous, Big L and Slum Village among others. Consumed by the art of lyricism, poetry, and storytelling elements, Ton would practice by rapping lyrics verbatim, trying to match the sound, delivery, and emotions put behind them. He completed and performed his first song in 2004 which he delivered in front of his Business Ethics class.

Ton EZ has evolved his style and has had the opportunity to open for the likes of Bone Thugs N Harmony, Blueprint of Rhymesayers, and various big name artists in the local scenes of North Dakota, Colorado, and most recently at SXSW in Austin, Texas. With a captivating sound reminiscent of Del the Funky Homosapien, and a delivery as tough as Nas, EZ brings a classic yet fresh sound to the table and aims to be a major player in the game.
