In the early months of 2015, SWEETBAY was founded in Newnan, Georgia by Lance Mapp, Zach Deloach, and James Tiernan. Their dynamic sound and performances have begun to make waves in the music scene. SWEETBAY's music is often described as soulful, guitar driven indie rock with a colorful, ambient electronic twist. Taking inspiration from acts such as Coldplay, One Republic, and M83, SWEETBAY likes to take raw, emotional rock and build a wall of synths and ambient pads around it. A combination of Lance Mapp's ever so slightly bluesy vocals and roaring guitar, James Tiernan's thunderous bass lines, and Zach Deloach's creatively off the wall drumming, along with the lush sounds that surround them will leave you wanting more after every performance.
