Produced by Michael Greggio, "Undefined" is Sarah Boulton's debut album inspired by artists such as Sarah McLachlan, A Great Big World, Bastille, Clare Bowen, and The Fray. The album is drenched with big vocals, harmonies, acoustic guitars, piano, strings and drums. Unplugged, raw, and emotionally driven. "Undefined" touches on Boulton's personal experiences of love, loss, struggles, and moments of clarity. After attending university for one year, it became undeniable that music was her true calling. She had lost her voice for a few months which became her wake-up call to pursue music full-time. To Boulton, personal connection is centrical to her songwriting, which is why she chose these songs to be on the album. They are the ones she identifies with most, and she hopes they may mean something to someone else as well.
