Bait Shop Blues was written in the bait shop of Paul’s lake. It started as Guitar lessons on Wednesday nights over the summer of 2015. We talked about doing as song as a project to focus the lessons but, what ended up happening was way more than that. To summarize: A friendship had grown around a common purpose. We poured the real life of the working man and the dedicated lake owner who is open 24/7 for others to relax, into one song. We wrote this song for us. We have documented a summer of Guitar playin’, Fishin’, real life, and good friends! We are proud of it! Turns out a lot of people really enjoy it too! So…. Now it’s time to share with the world!
