A compilation of songs and hymns honoring Mary, the Mother of God. There are many contemporary favorites, as well as several original compositions. Musical styles range from pop-rock (Pondered) to classical (Schubert's Ave Maria) to Taize-style (Mother of Hope) to prayerful ballads (Holy Is His Name).

As well, there are many who contributed to this album in one way or another. Greg Mailloux, the album's executive producer, has released 14 CDs prior to this one; Pete Palazzolo is one of Windsor's most talented and well-known musicians and producers; and Mike Travo is a U of W student who has a real gift for music and a special love for "Mamma". Other musicians include the talented Andrew Colautti (piano), Gil Grosutti (flute), Bob Fazecash (trumpets), Paul Webster (drums), Spencer Wilson (flute), Steven Janisse (classical guitar), and Larry Thompson and Vince McCoy on midi-synth arrangements.

This album is really an eclectic mix of singers, musicians, and musical styles. But then again so is the array of devotees of Our Lady, who continues to point to her Son, saying "Do whatever He tells you." (John 2:5)
