From the streets of P.C. live from Queens, NY, comes lordroc! A true Hip hop head who lives for the art and culture, possessing an unconditional love for it. His talent in songwriting and art is very well developed as well as professional. In the late 80's, while in high school, lordroc pursued a dancing interest and tried his hand at DJing and emceeing as well. His energy geared more towards operating a studio and production leading lordroc to engineer and mix most of Skygod's earlier projects while still contributing lyrics to his group's music (Tribunal). Episode 1 (1999) gave lordroc his foothold in the game with love coming from all over the globe including; England, Croatia, Bosnia, Germany, Amsterdam, Sweden, France, Italy and Japan just to name a few. All the hard work lordroc put in was finally leading to bigger and better things, such as recording tracks with major artists and producers. Some include: Marley Marl (Juice Crew, LL Cool J), P King (Ludacris, Method Man, Redman), Sapone (Public Enemy), Royal Flush (Blunt Recordings), Capone (Penalty Recordings, Def Jam) lordroc has built a solid foundation in the Hip hop game through Grafitti and with several musical releases under his belt. Performances helped to create a fan base for lordroc as well. Other than his frequent street corner concerts, he has performed all over NYC and surrounding states even touring to LA, Detroit, Atlanta, Philly, performing at clubs, bars, events, colleges including spots such as: Club Speed, Limelight, Downtime, Don Hill's concert hall, Rutger's University, Graffest 2001 Connecticut, Wetlands. lordroc's summer single "Too Hot" produced by the legendary Marley Marl hit high on radio charts nationally. It also got him nominated for Song of the Year at the 1st Annual Underground Music Awards in 2003. lordroc came home with Most Original Solo Artist of the Year. lordroc is now hitting the streets hard to promote his last single & video "Roccolypse" as well as his new single & video "Roc Muzik" and his full-length album "E2 to Bass" .
