This album is a compilation of our favorite hymn arrangements for choir and orchestra. These are settings that we share in our worship services. A few tracks were recorded live in our worship services. The Chancel Choir at First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs leads our congregational choir each Sunday morning. They also provide anthems and other special music to enhance our worship of God. The Chancel Choir prepares a variety of styles of music from classical to gospel. The choir has about 140 members. The First Presbyterian Church Orchestra draws from the finest professional players from Southwest Florida. They play several times of year in our worship services. Director Jeffrey Faux has 30 years of directing experience. He is a graduate of Westminster Choir College of Rider University and Michigan State University. He is also the Artistic Director of the Fort Myers Symphonic Mastersingers. Associate Director Peter Lewis holds a degree in organ performance from the Eastman School of Music and has worked as an accompanist and vocal coach for over 25 years. Recording Engineer Chad Zuchegno is a professional recording engineer and co-owner of The Vibe recording studios in Fort Myers. He is the sunday morning sound professional at First presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs.
