I took a break from making phone calls and loading equipment in 2004 to attend Musicians' Institute in Hollywood where I learned to use music programs like Cubase and Reason. This is a song I did as a graduation project. I figured that if Swing, Rockabilly, Jazz, and Hip hop were all triplet-based music you should be able to combine them into one song.

I had grown up always thinking of making music in terms of "having a band." One of those things where you spend 90% of your time trying to reach a consensus about what you are going to do next. Band members' levels of commitment vary, and you soon find out it is harder to do much more than what is allowed by the schedule of the least committed member. One person with a laptop, microphone, and guitar can now communicate to the world via Youtube and iTunes.
