Born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with strong hip hop, R&B, and pop roots, this Italian singer/songwriter always wanted to be on stage. Maria Loguidice, also known as Ria, started piano and voice lessons from an early age. She attended a performing arts high school in Bethlehem called The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts. She is currently enrolled at Berklee College of Music to further her education in vocal performance and songwriting. She started out doing covers on her YouTube channel, ItsRia21, while constantly always performing at many different venues. Highly influenced by Alicia Keys, Beyonce, and Tori Kelly, in her debut EP, Songs From A Lover's Journal, Maria finally gets to discover her own sound. The songs she has written in her journal tell a story about her previous relationship. From her R&B/Pop influences, Maria builds all of her songs from straight piano and vocals.
