Equinox Shadow
简介
Next up on We Play Acid we welcome Jacobo Noboa Hernández aka “Telurika” All the way from Quito, Ecuador with WPA040 “Equinox Shadow” e.p. “Equinox Shadow“ channels the ancient spirits of the Ecuadorian Andes (not the ones at the end of your wristies) resulting in an anthemic treat for the mind body and soul. It draws heavily on electro and early 90s dance music. The bundle has two original mixes from Telurika who clearly has “the riffs that keep on giving“ as three remixes from Acid Driver and Accidental Melody are also included. 01 Jama Coaque (Original Mix) is a space-funk odyssey, not much drums on this track it derives a lot of it’s rhythm from the interplay from layers of percussive synths and incidental sounds which weave, evolve and interlock around the central theme peaking your interest al leaving you wondering “what will happen next”. 02 Venus De Valdivia (Original MIx) this is the track that takes you back, raving, electro, hugs from sweaty strangers in strobe lit clubs, not a smart phone in sight. 03 Jama Coaque (Acid Driver Retweak) Joao decided to go full native with this sparse, tribal and acidic head turner. 04 Venus De Valdivia (1988 Warehouse Ultra Rare Mix) by Accidental Melody. I’m pretty sure it’s no accident that Joao chose Accidental Melody to remix Venus De Valdivia, it plays to his strengths. Ondra brings his own brand of classy Rave up juice to the party... if you don’t like this you need to check your still breathing. 05 Venus De Valdivia (Accidental Melody Warehouse Mix) Ondra gives the full on acid treatment to VDV... this one really makes that smile :) So please support Telurika and the We Play Acid record label so we may continue to bring you freshly squeezed acid sounds from round the globe, when we find acid... We Play It :)
