This self titled work is the first studio album by The Dennis Brothers and was produced by Wes Sharon at 115 recording in Norman, Oklahoma. The record features a mixture of songs that cross Americana, Blues, and Country genres and as always a heavy dose of Dryden Dennis' harmonica. The songs focus on stories and events that took place while Dalton and Dryden were in college writing music and playing gigs in the midwest. The opening song on the album, "Midwest Tragedy", describes in detail the music scene in Norman, Oklahoma where they call home.
